Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Lucy’s Cleaning LLC. By using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services ProvidedWe offer a variety of cleaning services including basic cleanings, deep cleanings, commercial property cleanings, as well as move-in and move-out cleanings. Specific tasks and frequency will be outlined in your service contract or invoice.

2. Booking and Cancellations

• Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
​
• If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
​

3. Payments
​
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
​
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Card (3% processing fee), and ACH (1% processing fee).

4. Access to Property
​
• You must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
​
• For recurring services, please ensure keys or access codes are provided securely.
​
​
5. Customer Responsibilities
​
• Please secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning.
​
• Inform us of any specific cleaning instructions or areas to avoid.
​
​

6. Liability and Damages
​
• We strive to provide the highest quality service and take great care during cleaning. However, any damages or broken items must be reported within 48 hours of the service being performed. Failure to report within this time will result in no liability on our part to repair or replace the item.

• In the case of stolen items, the customer must provide proper evidence proving that a cleaner from Lucy’s Cleaning LLC stole the item. Without such proof, we will not be liable to replace the stolen item.
• We take accountability seriously. If valid proof is provided against one of our cleaners for theft, we will replace the stolen item and the employee responsible will be terminated from our company.

• Please note that Lucy’s Cleaning LLC carries insurance to cover the repair or replacement of damaged or broken items caused during our cleaning services.

7. Health and Safety
​
• Please inform us about any health hazards or pets on the premises.
​
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with at least 48 hours written notice.
​
• Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
​

9. Privacy
​
• We respect your privacy and will not share your information without consent.
​

10. Changes to Terms•We may update these terms at any time.

• Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
